We accept returns and issue refunds under the conditions listed below. Please read this policy carefully before submitting a return request.
Items may be returned within 14 days after you receive the goods. Products must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Custom-made lighting products are NOT eligible for return or refund once production has started.
If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us by email and provide clear photos/videos of the goods and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange replacement or full refund after verification.
For our fault (damaged, wrong item), we bear the return shipping cost. If you return goods due to personal reasons, you need to cover the return freight. Original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account. Bank processing delays may occur and are beyond our control.
