We arrange worldwide shipping for all lighting products. Please read our shipping terms below before placing your order.
Standard orders will be processed within 3–7 working days after payment confirmation. Custom lighting items require longer production time, we will inform you of the lead time before order confirmation.
International delivery time varies by destination country and shipping method. Generally, it takes 10–30 working days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, holidays or unexpected logistics issues.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged by your local government. We will declare the package according to relevant requirements.
All packages are well packed. If your parcel is lost or seriously damaged during transit, please contact us with photos within 7 days after receiving the package. We will investigate and provide solutions.
